At Manpasand Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • Product is not damaged due to misuse or wear
  • The item is not part of a final sale or clearance category

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been worn or used
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Products purchased during special clearance or final sale events
  • Customized or personalized footwear

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@manpasandshoes.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  4. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide a return shipping address

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking)
  • Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via NEFT/bank transfer
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color variations, subject to product availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and mention your preferred replacement.

6. Defective or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery
  • To cancel an order, contact us at support@manpasandshoes.com as soon as possible
